60μm Yellow CPP Cast Polypropylene Film
High-toughness, tear-resistant, printable, heat-sealable, oil-proof, color-stable film with food-grade optional, UV-resistant properties. Easy to process for packaging applications.
Production Process
Crafted with advanced precision co-extrusion casting technology, this 60μm CPP yellow film is engineered for lightweight high-performance scenarios. High-purity food-grade CPP resin is molten in a temperature-calibrated extruder (160-180℃), blended with high-opacity, UV-stable yellow masterbatch for uniform color dispersion, then cast into a smooth base film via precision die head. After constant-temperature cooling, it undergoes high-efficiency corona treatment for surface activation, followed by precision trimming and tight winding—yielding defect-free rolls with ultra-low batch thickness deviation (≤3%) for continuous industrial mass production.
Core Features
- 60μm ultra-lightweight CPP monochrome film with vivid, high-visibility yellow hue
- Industrial-grade color fastness (72h UV aging, no obvious fading/discoloration)
- Superior mechanical performance: high tensile strength, excellent tear resistance and flexible toughness
- Shore D hardness 50±3HD
- Corona-activated surface (≥40mN/m) for high-definition direct printing and lamination
- Reliable heat seal strength (≥10N/15mm) for fast processing
- Food-contact grade compliant (GB 4806.7-2016), odor-free, no harmful precipitation
- Good oil/moisture barrier and chemical resistance for general use scenarios
Product Advantages
60μm thin-gauge design achieves the perfect balance of light weight and structural toughness—easy to cut, fold and shape, low material consumption while resisting breakage during processing and use. High-visibility yellow ensures excellent marking and identification performance; uniform color dispersion via co-extrusion eliminates color streaks, maintaining consistent product appearance. Food-grade eco-safe, universal print/heat-seal compatibility enables seamless post-processing, no additional surface treatment needed. Ultra-stable mass production, high cost-performance and versatile applicability—an economical and practical choice for light-duty industrial and daily use scenarios.
Application Environment
A versatile lightweight option for general stationery (notebook inner pages, label backings, file dividers) and industrial marking materials (light-duty identification labels, temporary warning strips) leveraging its high visibility and flexible toughness. Ideal for small light-duty food packaging (snack sachets, candy wrappers) and daily consumer product packaging (cosmetic sample bags, small gift packaging) thanks to its food-grade safety and basic barrier performance. Also applicable to light industrial protective packaging (component surface protection); performs stably in 0℃-60℃ normal temperature environments, perfectly adapting to high-speed slitting, roll-to-roll printing and automated packaging industrial processes.
